  • JAN 2015: Prop strike @ 2098 Tach Time (109-SM0H) Sudden Stoppage Inspection – Crankcase sent to DIVCO for repair, crank shaft sent to Aircraft Specialties Service. Engine disassembled for insoection and reassembled with new gaskets and locking hardware, new main bearings, a new radial bearing, new magneto cushings.
  • JULY 2012: Engine overhaul by Morristown Flying Service of Morristown, TN @ 1990 Hours Tach Time/5182-TT
  • - All steel parts magna-fluxed, crankshaft replaced with serviceable unit. Cam, crank shaft and gear lift assemblies reworked by Aircraft Specialties of Tulsa, OK. Crankcase oil sump repaired by DIVCO. New bearings, new oil seals, and new gaskets installed. New Lycoming cylinders installed. Oil drain back tubes installed.
  • Magnetos removed and overhauled magnetos installed. Wiring harnesses removed and replaced. Carburetor and spark plugs were also replaced. Prop and pro governor were overhauled IAW SB 1041. New Lord Mounts and new hose assemblies installed.
  • SEPT 1997: Wing tanks removed and main spar inspected for corrosion. Spar ribs treated with Dinotrol AV8
  • IAW SB 1006. New fuel tank hoses installed, muffler overhauled.
  • 1997: Installed Lycoming Oil Pump Kit 05K19423 IAW AD 96-09-10.
  • 1996: Corrosion removed from rear spar attachment, trim tab and trim tab actuator – area zinc chromated.
  • 1995: repaired trailing edge of LH wingtip.
  • 1992: Tachometer reset to engine time 1283 @ 4476-TTAF.
  • 1990: Windshields replaced, new carper installed.
  • 1988: Skins on LH flap replaced.
  • 1987: Inboard tanks resealed.
  • 1977 (DEC 16): Engine S/N L-7428-40 removed and S/N L-225-40 installed by Aviation Services FAA CRS 312-6,
